Abstract: PurposeTo enable a real‐time applicator guidance for brachytherapy, we used for the first time infra‐red tracking cameras (OptiTrack, USA) integrated into a mobile cone‐beam computed tomography (CBCT) scanner (medPhoton, Austria).
