Abstract: <p>Since the discovery of the chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) implication in stratospheric ozone destruction, the Montreal Protocol (1987) has aimed at controlling the production of CFCs and other ozone depleting substances (ODS) in order to protect and then recover the ozone layer.
