“…In terms of investment, there are three specific indicators: expenditure on park green space construction funds in financial funds, land area for green infrastructure projects, and total investment in green infrastructure projects. The output includes three specific indicators: urban green space rate, urban greenway length, and green infrastructure area [22]. The effectiveness includes four specific indicators: the proportion of days with good air quality throughout the year, PM2.5 concentrations, urban sewage treatment rate, and harmless treatment rate of urban household waste.…”

“…Sarraf and Nejad (2020) propose DEA and grey relational analysis approaches based on a BSC for improving performance evaluation of water and wastewater companies. The fuzzy set theory and data employment analysis were employed to propose an objective assessment model for evaluating the performance of internal and external capabilities of firms (Lin et al , 2021). The BSCs and network data envelopment analysis were used to conduct a performance evaluation task from multiple perspectives (Hsu and Lin, 2021).…”

“…Based on linear programming, DEA is a quantitative analysis approach for evaluating the relative effectiveness of comparable units of the same type (Huang et al 2019 ; Soltanifar and Sharafi 2022 ). With DEA-based models, enterprise organizational capability was studied by Lin et al ( 2021 ), sustainable development capability was measured by Jin et al ( 2022 ), and technological innovation capability was evaluated by Gu et al ( 2018 ). In terms of performance optimization, DEA-based approaches can also generate the optimization solutions for input/output resources.…”
