Finite-Time Reentry Attitude Control Based on Adaptive Multivariable Disturbance Compensation

Abstract: The finite time tracking control for Reusable Launch Vehicle (RLV) with unmatched disturbance is investigated. An adaptive multivariabl disturbance compensation (AMDC) scheme is proposed to provide the estimation for external disturbances where the bounds of the perturbations are not known. Based on the estimation, a continuous multivariable homogeneity second order sliding mode controller is designed to ensure that the attitude tracking is achieved in finite time. A proof of the finite time convergence of the… Show more

“…The finite‐time consensus of multi‐agent systems means that the states of all the agents reach an common agreement in finite time by employing an appropriate consensus protocol. It has been widely used in many areas, such as mobile robots , multiple spacecraft systems , tracking control , synchronous control , containment control , formation control , and attitude control .…”

“…The work [13], authored by Tian et al, investigates the problem of finite time tracking control of Reusable Launch Vehicle in the presence of mismatched disturbances. An adaptive multi-variable sliding mode disturbance observer is proposed to estimate the disturbances, based on which a continuous multivariate homogeneity second order sliding mode controller is designed to achieve attitude tracking in finite time.…”
