Abstract: This paper addresses finite-time projective synchronization of stochastic complex-valued neural networks (SCVNNs) with probabilistic time-varying delays (PTVs). First, in the complex domain, PTVs are introduced into the studied model and a novel feedback control scheme is constructed.
