Finite Element Analysis of a FDM 3D Printer Liquefier

Abstract: This paper deals with the analyzing and comparing the thermal performance of heat dissipation system and other components in the design of E3D liquefier using Finite Element Modeling (FEM) for three different filaments namely Polycaprolactone (PCL), polylactic acid (PLA) and Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene(ABS).
