Abstract: Purpose To elucidate the biomechanical characteristics of fracture defect filled with spinal cage by finite element analysis, and investigate the clinical efficacy of medial and lateral dual plates with spinal cage for the treatment of hyperextension bicondylar tibial plateau fractures.
