Finishing of cellulosic fabrics based on SeNPs@triazole derivatives as anti- mosquito

Abstract: As mosquito-borne diseases spread around the world, mosquito repellent textiles are in high demand as a disease-prevention tool for mosquito bites. In, this study selenium nanoparticles (SeNPs) conjugated by synthesized triazole compound 7-(3-methoxyphenyl)-8-methyl-5-(5-methylfuran-2-yl)pyrimido[5,4-e][1,2,4]-triazolo[1,5-a] pyrimidin-6(7H) one was used to modify 100%, cotton, 65/35%, cotton/PET, viscose and gauzy cotton fabrics, for use as mosquito repellent and morality.
