Abstract:Accessible for a significantly lower cost than other items, finger millet, the primary crop in human nutrition is regarded as a healthful diet for low-income populations. In Africa's West, East, and Great Lakes Regions, it is a reliable source of food. Furthermore, native to Ethiopia, it can withstand drought well.
