Abstract:Oncocytic carcinoma of the pancreas is a very rare variant of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. Fine-needle aspiration biopsy reports of this tumor are exceptionally rare. We report the case of a 65-year-old female patient who presented with a mass in the head of the pancreas.
