Fine Mapping and Cloning of a qRA2 Affect the Ratooning Ability in Rice (Oryza sativa L.)

Abstract: Ratooning ability is a key factor that influences the ratoon rice yield in areas where light and temperature are not sufficient for second-season rice. Near-isogenic lines (NILs) are the most powerful tools for the detection and precise mapping of quantitative trait loci (QTLs).
