Finding Best Clustering For Big Networks with Minimum Objective Function by Using Probabilistic Tabu Search

Abstract: Fuzzy C-means (FCM) is a clustering method used for collecting similar data elements within the group according to specific measurements. Tabu is a heuristic algorithm.
