Financial Performance, a Driver for Information Voluntary Disclosure: Insight from Manufacturing Companies in Nigeria

Abstract: The prevailing issues surrounding voluntary disclosure is corporate failure, fraud perpetration, information asymmetry and inability to attract much investment.
