“…De igual manera , estas normativas son necesarias puesto que cada transacción al no ser supervisada por una entidad que resguarde la legalidad financiera esta expuesta a movimientos ilícitos (Akintoye, et al 2022) indica que si la circulacion financiera de un pais no cuenta con una debida regulacion esta puede verse afectada por actividades ilegitmas las cuale traerian estragos como la defraudacion, falsificacion y otros delitos.Ahora bien, cabe señalar quees necesario tener normativas actualizadas y que esten dentro de los paramettros que indican los acuerdos internacionales, de esa forma existira un mejor orden. Continuando, con la revision de informacion tenemos como objetivo especifico analizar y determinar si las normativas económicas y tributarias peruanas pueden contrarrestar las inversiones y transacciones fantasmas, para ello primero señalaremos que la inversión es la fluidez dineraria y patrimonial que es colocada ya sea en una empresa, financiera, estado, que con el tiempo genere ganancias pecuniarias (Shaik, et al 2022), es asi que un inversor es aquella persona que invierte sus activos de manera inmediata o indirecta sobre un proyecto (Ye, et al 2022), el cual genera dividendos tanto para el que invierte, como tambien para los creadores del proyecto. Aunado a ello, dentro del mismo objetivo especifico tenemos que las transacciones fantasmas son aquellos activos inversionistas, (King, 2022) de procedencia desconocida, las cuales causan un efecto de salvavidas, esto se da cuando el pais o el lugar donde se invierte no realiza el debido rastreo o registro del flujo de inversion; no obstante (Djulius, 2018) determina que para que un estado tenga una buena economía y un buen flujo financiero este debe estar protegido (normas), solo así se puede dar un bienestar a toda su sociedad.…”
