Technology and digitalization is viewed as an integral part of the today’s business world which has revolutionized the business operations. Digitalization has also affected marketing plans usage of social media and different business application is rapidly increasing to connect customers and business organizations. The growing number of foreigners in Thailand which has given rise to use of English language. This study is purposed to examine that how marketing performance of business are affected by different applications characteristic and contacts. The moderation effect of use of English language is also checked in this study. The relationship between these variables is analyzed by gathering responses from 372 foreigner’s through online survey. The structural equation modeling tool was selected to evaluate hypothetical relationship between these constructs. The results found that effective application characteristics and content of these applications enhance business marketing performance and confirmed significance relationship between direct relationship and raveled insignificant indirect relationship of use of English language between applications characteristics and marketing performance. This paper provides useful implications for both literature and practice. It offers informative insights to researchers to expand research work. This study can be utilized by marketers to develop effective marketing plans implementing English language applications.

The 2023 Sustainable Development Goal Report reveals that Africa is still struggling in its pursuit to achieve universal healthcare coverage. However, financial risk protection and human capital development could come to the rescue by facilitating the attainment of quality healthcare services. This study examines the effect of financial inclusion on healthcare in Africa, spanning from 2000 to 2021. Healthcare is proxied by life expectancy at birth, the immunisation rate, and the lifetime risk of maternal death. Financial inclusion is approached through access and usage of financial services. After controlling for the problem of potential endogeneity through the system generalised method of moment (GMM), the findings reveal that financial inclusion enhances healthcare in Africa, signifying that financially included individuals have a higher conditional probability of spending more on improving their health relative to the financially excluded individuals. Moreover, the findings indicate that education and technology diffusion are imperative in the quest for enhancing healthcare in Africa. In addition, after testing for sensitivity analysis by adopting different indicators of healthcare, the results remain consistent throughout the study, confirming the role of financial inclusion in enhancing healthcare in Africa. After computing the marginal effects, the findings depict that education and financial inclusion interact to produce positive synergy effects, signifying that the positive role of financial inclusion and education in enhancing healthcare outweighs the negative conditional effect. The results recommend policymakers establish a framework that promotes financial literacy for the enhancement of healthcare in Africa.

Timothy (2019) used a panel data analysis and macrolevel data of 36 African countries to show that financial inclusion, measured by the number of depositors with commercial banks, is positively correlated with life expectation. Using time series analysis and macroeconomic data, Afolabi (2020) found that financial inclusion, measured by rural loans, the number of bank branches and level of liquidity, has a positive and significant effect on Nigeria's economic growth in the short and long runs.…”

By analyzing some factors related to the various constraints faced by unbanked individuals, this study explores the determinants associated with individuals without access to common financial services in Benin. It also examines the impact of the lack of access to financial services on poverty using the World Bank’s Global Findex database for 2011, 2014, and 2017. Using a probit model, we found a positive and significant relationship between financial exclusion and lack of documentation, expensive financial services, distance from financial institutions, and lack of trust in financial institutions. Moreover, individual characteristics, such as age, education level, religion, gender, and employment status are significantly associated with financial exclusion. Using a Heckman sample selection model, we show that financial exclusion in Benin has a positive and significant effect on poverty. These results are vindicated using propensity score matching (PSM) for robustness checks.
