Financial Factors, Corporate Governance and ESG during Covid-19 Pandemic: Malaysian Evidence

Abstract: This study investigated the factors influencing the Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) Disclosure of public listed companies in Malaysia, particularly before and during the Covid-19 pandemic.
