Abstract: Petrographic, geochemical and U-Pb geochronological research studies are done into cataclastic granitoids of the southeastern part of the Irkutsk block of the Sharyzhalgay basement uplift of the Siberian craton – the uplift which is considered southern part of the Tungus superterrane according to most of tectonic schemes.
