FICC-DiffServ: A New QoS Architecture Supporting Resources Discovery, Admission and Congestion Controls

Abstract: Differentiated Services (DiffServ) QoS architecture is scalable but inadequate to deal with network congestion and unable to provide fairness among its traffic aggregates.
