Abstract:Fibroepithelial polyp (FEP) is a benign tumor of mesodermal origin, which is mostly found on the skin. FEPs in the upper respiratory system are reported mostly originating from the oropharynx and larynx, and are rarely found in the nasal cavity. A 57-year-old female presented with a polyp-like lesion on the right nasal septal mucosa adjacent to the mucocutaneous junction.
