Fiber enhancement and 3D orientation analysis in label-free two-photon fluorescence microscopy

Abstract: Fluorescence microscopy can be exploited for evaluating the brain’s fiber architecture with unsurpassed spatial resolution in combination with different tissue preparation and staining protocols.
