Fetus in fetu: From Prenatal Sonographic Diagnosis to Postnatal Confirmation

Abstract: A case of prenatal sonographic diagnosis of fetus in fetu is described. Postnatal laparotomy was performed and the diagnosis was confirmed by pathological examination.
