Fetal–Maternal Hemorrhage Detected by Sudden Disappearance of Rh Immune Globulin–Related Anti-D

Abstract: Fetal-maternal hemorrhage requires a high index of suspicion for diagnosis. An unexpected sudden decline in Rh immune globulin-related anti-D may be an indication of fetal-maternal hemorrhage.
