Fetal Congenital Mesoblastic Nephroma: Case Report

Abstract: Congenital mesoblastic nephroma (CMN) is a rare renal tumor, but the commonest tumor of early infancy. It can be detected prenatally as a renal mass and is associated with prematurity, polyhydramnios, and neonatal hypertension.
