Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD): A call on mental health treatment professionals to become informed

Abstract: Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) is a spectrum of life-long disorders caused by prenatal alcohol exposure. The adverse effects of FASD include cognitive, behavioral, emotional, physical, and adaptive functioning deficits.
