Abstract:As the main type of renal cell carcinoma (RCC), clear cell RCC (ccRCC) is often associated with the deletion or mutation of the von Hippel Lindau (VHL) gene, enhancement of glucose and lipid metabolism, and heterogeneity of the tumor microenvironment.
