“…Nevertheless, as shown in Figure 7d, P(VDF‐TrFE) 65/35 mol% has the lower maximum and remnant polarization values ( P s ~ 13.9 μC cm − and P r ~ 10.4 μC cm −2 in Figure 7c) than those of 80/20 mol% ( P s ~ 15.2 μC cm −‐2 and P r ~ 11.3 μC cm −2 in Figure 7a) and 75/25 mol% ( P s ~ 14.7 μC cm −‐2 and P r ~ 10.7 μC cm −2 in Figure 7b) under electrical field of 200 MV m −1 , respectively. Moreover, compared with ice‐water cooling samples, the P–E loops of annealing P(VDF‐TrFE) films gradually tend to rectangular shape and the coercivity field strength increases correspondingly with the increase of electric field, further indicating annealing favors the content of ferroelectric β phase 47–52 . The reason is that 140°C nearing T C of P(VDF‐TrFE) provides sufficient time for the arrangement of all‐trans molecular chains within the molecules.…”
