Abstract

Agradeço, primeiramente, a Deus que me deu energia e condições de concluir todo o curso de Administração e finalizar esse trabalho a tempo. Aos meus pais, José Acácio e Maria do Socorro, que me incentivaram a continuar estudando como forma de atingir meus objetivos e me torna uma pessoa melhor. Aos meus irmãos Allyson, Andressa, Samilly e Gabriela que sempre foram pacientes e compreensivos para entender que minhas ausências em casa eram necessárias para finalização desse estudo. Aos meus amigos (Jackson, Jean, Filippe, Anderson, Sammuel, Leo entre outros) que tiveram compreensão em todos os momentos que tive que me ausentar das confraternizações e lazer para me dedicar a esse estudo. A empresa que trabalho, Petrobras S.A., por fornecer as informações necessárias a elaboração desse estudo e por ter sido compreensiva nos dias que não pude ficar trabalhando até mais tarde para comparecer a faculdade.
