Ferramenta Para Investigação De Acidentes De Trabalho Em Indústrias Alimentícias

Abstract

RESUMOAtualmente milhares de acidentes ocorrem em todo mundo. No Brasil, somente o setor industrial é responsável por mais de 40% dos acidentes ocorridos. Esses acidentes na maioria das vezes não são investigados corretamente, o que limita as ações de prevenção, devido a falta da análise das determinantes destes eventos. É neste cenário industrial e complexo que surge a necessidade da correta investigação dos acidentes de trabalho para evitar a reincidência das falhas, reduzir os riscos aos trabalhadores, melhorar a confiabilidade e prevenir perdas de recursos da empresa. Para a melhoria da investigação das causas dos acidentes, foi elaborada uma ferramenta de coleta de dados de acidentes de trabalho cuja estrutura foi baseada no modelo de análise de acidentes epidemiológico. A ferramenta elaborada analisa também os fatores humanos que contribuíram para o acidente. Conclui-se que a ferramenta elaborada para investigação e coleta de dados dos acidentes de trabalho em indústrias de produtos alimentícios é eficiente se aplicada por profissionais com conhecimentos técnicos de segurança e saúde ocupacional.
