Fermented Laminaria japonica improves working memory and antioxidant defense mechanism in healthy adults: a randomized, double-blind, and placebo-controlled clinical study

Abstract: A randomized, double-blind, and placebo-controlled clinical study was used to determine the cognitive functions related to working memory (WM) and antioxidant properties of fermented Laminaria japonica (FLJ) on healthy volunteers.
