Fenómeno Prozona Em Paciente Hiv Negativo

Abstract: O fenómeno prozona resulta de altos títulos de anticorpos em pacientes com sífilis, provocando uma resposta falso negativa do “Venereal Disease Research Laboratory“ (VDRL). Relatamos um caso de uma paciente feminina, 50 anos, com lesões eritematosas, assintomáticas disseminadas e hiperemia em conjuntiva ocular esquerda.
