Feminizing adrenocortical adenoma in a girl from a resource-limited setting: a case report

Abstract: Background An adrenocortical tumor is a rare tumor in pediatrics, which can be functional or nonfunctional. Functional tumors present with virilization, feminization, or hypercortisolism.
