Abstract:We report a rare case of leiomyoma of the female urethra. A 31-year-old married woman, gravid and para one with no history of prior surgery, malignancy or other significant disease was referred to our clinic with a complaint of a mass protruding from the top of the vagina and difficulty voiding from 18 months ago.
