Felbamate urolithiasis

Abstract: Drug-induced nephrolithiasis is an important consideration in recurrent stone formers with polypharmacy. While felbamate nephrolithiasis has previously been published in the paediatric population, we present the oldest published case of a felbamate stone in an adult, a man in his 30s with Lennox-Gastaut syndrome.
