We determine optimal stocker strategies based on calving season, herd size, and the number of days of retention before marketing weaned calves. We estimate a hedonic pricing model for feeder cattle and incorporate this into a simulation model that considers the variability of cattle prices and feed costs. The profit and utility-maximizing decision for fall calving herd would be to retain weaned calves for 150-day postweaning. The producer marketing spring-born calves would prefer to sell these calves at weaning. The results are being utilized by extension to aid cattle producers in reducing their feed costs and increasing their profits.

This research aims to analyze the triple moderating effect of the board of directors in the country culture of a firm and its influence on the relationship between organizational innovation and organizational learning in corporate sustainability. A survey of 400 exporting companies of different commercial products from Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, and Bolivia was used to carry out this research. We used the structural equations model to explore the analysis of the causal and moderation relationships between the variables under study. As a result, it was found that the influence of the board of directors of a firm is essential for innovation processes because they drive their results to corporate sustainability. This last approach is due to the strategic approach adopted by large companies. In the case of SMEs, it was not possible to demonstrate that the board of directors has such a degree of influence. In the case of the moderating effect of the board of directors on the country’s culture, it was possible to observe that the board of directors becomes a factor in the firm’s performance despite its geographical location, which determines the influence of culture on its operation in corporations such as SMEs.

Kualitas kurikulum adalah salah satu variabel penting dan menentukan dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas pendidikan. Artinya, rumusan kurikulum yang berkualitas memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas pendidikan. Tuntutan kualitas pendidikan merupakan tantangan dalam pembuatan kurikulum yang berkualitas. Pendidikan dan kurikulum merupakan dua hal yang saling terkait, ibarat manusia, kurikulum merupakan jantung dari pendidikan. Dalam kurikulum KKNI (Kerangka Kualifikasi Nasional Indonesia) yang dikeluarkan oleh SN-Dikti (Sistem Nasional Pendidikan Tinggi) menjadi acuan utama dalam pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia. metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur. Studi literatur adalah suatu metode penelitian yang melibatkan pengumpulan, analisis, dan sintesis informasi dari sumber-sumber literatur yang relevan dengan topik penelitian yang sedang diteliti. Dalam konteks pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan tinggi berbasis KKNI SN-Dikti, Kurikulum Merdeka, dan pendekatan OBE, studi literatur akan melibatkan pencarian dan analisis terhadap berbagai karya tulis yang mencakup teori, penelitian empiris, pandangan ahli, dan praktik terbaik yang terkait dengan topik tersebut.
