Democracy and frequent changes of government in Kyrgyzstan contribute to the spread of various religious movements in the country. Social processes, political shifts and the spread of radical religious ideas among young people emphasize the relevance of this study. The purpose of this article is to assess the impact of Kyrgyzstan's religious policy on the religious consciousness of contemporary youth. The study used general scientific methods of analysis and synthesis, generalization, historical and critical, comparative, dialectical, as well as empirical methods of surveys and questionnaires. The study showed that the religious policy of Kyrgyzstan is characterized by democracy and liberalism, based on the secular nature of the state. Kyrgyzstan is a multi-confessional country, with more than 30 religions. The vast majority of Kyrgyzstan's population are Sunni Muslims, and the second most common religious denomination is Orthodox Christianity. Since 1991, Kyrgyzstan has witnessed a process of Islamization, and non-traditional religious movements, both Islamic and other religious doctrines, have also penetrated and gained popularity in the country. The state's liberal policy in the field of religion facilitates the penetration of non-traditional religious organizations from abroad into Kyrgyzstan. Young people are particularly susceptible to new religious movements. This phenomenon can lead to the spread of radical religious ideas among the youth of Kyrgyzstan. In this regard, the state should pay closer attention to the policy in the field of religion. The practical value of the work is determined by the fact that its results can be useful in further research on this issue.

Relevance. The relevance of the study on social entrepreneurship in Kazakhstan is conditioned upon the fact that it is an essential source of social, economic, and environmental wealth, and is also defined as one of the key components in the policy of developed countries. Purpose. The purpose of this paper is to cover the integral mechanism of functioning of the segment under study and to investigate its legal regulation. Methodology. In this article were used methodological approaches, such as the theoretical methodological approach, the method of legal hermeneutics, the statistical method, the method of comparative legal analysis, the method of synthesis, etc. Results. The results of the study showed that currently social entrepreneurship in Kazakhstan fully provides the state with the completeness of the performance of the functions assigned to it, but to increase this indicator, the practices of advanced countries, especially the USA, Great Britain, Australia, South Korea, and Malaysia were studied, which will contribute to the allocation of recommendations for raising the role of effective social entrepreneurship in the region under study. Conclusions. This study identifies and covers the theoretical aspect of the implementation of social entrepreneurship, analyses the legal norms regulating this activity in Kazakhstan, namely the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Resolution of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Rules for maintaining the register of social entrepreneurship entities" (2021) and other regulations; the statistics of social entrepreneurship in the cities of republican significance of Nursultan were analysed in detail Almaty, Shymkent, and other regions; based on this, the advantages of social entrepreneurship in Kazakhstan and the problems that may stand in the way of the proper functioning of this sector were investigated.

Relevance. The relevance of the study lies in its exploration of the development of professional qualities among Master (MA) students within the framework of multilingual education in Kazakhstan, offering insights crucial for addressing the nation's human resource needs and fostering socio-economic advancement. Purpose. The aim of the study was to find the optimal criteria for assessing the multilingual competencies of MA students. Methodology. The study was based on the Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University. MA students of the first and second years in the amount of 38 people and teachers of the university in the amount of 25 people. The analysis of statistical and theoretical data on multilingual education, a focus group to identify the existing problems of multilingual education at this stage and a pedagogical experiment conducted with students of the specified university were chosen as research methods. Results. Various models of multilingual education in the Republic of Kazakhstan were considered. The problems that teachers face in conditions of multilingual education were identified. The criteria and indicators of the development of professional qualities, as well as the parameters of their manifestations in the conditions of multilingual education, have been determined. Conclusions. The work highlights the problem of the development of professional qualities among MA students in the process of professional training. In the future, the study can become the basis for creating a program for training personnel for a multilingual educational environment.
