“…As per earlier reports, only 18 sharp characteristics of Raman phonon modes were experimentally observed in pure Bi 4 Ti 3 O 12 ceramics. [23,33] In this present work, Nd-doped Bi 4 Ti 2 FeO 12 Aurivillius ceramics might have additional modes due to FeO 6 octahedra, as shown in Figure 3. Experimentally, we noticed ten sharp Raman active modes (which were deconvoluted as shown in Figure 3) at 66, 122, 232, 264, 338, 495, 551, 570, 689, 712, and 856 cm À1 and are well-matched with the earlier reports.…”
