fcfdr: an R package to leverage continuous and binary functional genomic data in GWAS

Abstract: SummaryGWAS discovery is limited in power to detect associations that exceed the stringent genome-wide significance threshold, but this limitation can be alleviated by leveraging relevant auxiliary data.
