Fatty Acid Composition of Seed Oil from Cocklebur (Xantium Strumarium Subsp. Strumarium) Grown in Turkey

Abstract: Vegetable oils are not only used for human consumption but also used for industrial purposes (soaps, biodiesel, painting, cosmetics, etc.). One of the most important criteria in determining the usage areas of vegetable oils is the fatty acid composition it contains.
