FatalTrichodermaharzianuminfection in a leukemic pediatric patient

Abstract: We report the repeated isolation for Trichoderma.harzianum, a rare opportunistic pathogen from three sets of each of the following clinical samples; blood serum, skin lesions, sputum and throat of a pediatric ALL patient with neutropenia.
