Abstract: Abstract:Aim: To describe iatrogenic and spontaneous presentations of acute aortic dissection (AAD) type A. Method: We report two cases of male patients with iatrogenic non-fatal and spontaneous fatal acute aortic dissection type A. Results: Two male patients are discussed with different aetiology of acute aortic dissection type A.
