Fast matrix multiplication via compiler‐only layered data reorganization and intrinsic lowering

Abstract: The resurgence of machine learning has increased the demand for high-performance basic linear algebra subroutines (BLAS), which have long depended on libraries to achieve peak performance on commodity hardware.
