Fast differentiation of Apocynum venetum with related species by UPLC/MS and UPLC/SPE/NMR

Abstract: The newly established hyphenated instrumentation of UPLC/MS and UPLC/SPE/NMR techniques has been applied for a fast comparison of the major chemical components from Chinese medicinal herb Apocynum venetum and related species. The content of the compounds among three species was found to be highly variable qualitatively as well as quantitatively.
