Abstract:Organic-inorganic trihalide, ABX3 perovskite are excellent candidates for advanced optoelectronic applications beyond photovoltaics. Perovskite single crystals offer several advantageous special features, such as a long diffusion length, low trapped carrier density, and outstanding environmental stability to use in optoelectronics.
