Fasa Registry on Diabetes Mellitus (FaRD): Feasibility Study and Pilot Phase Results

Abstract: Background: Diabetes mellitus (DM) is the most common chronic disease. This disease is the main risk factor for fatal diseases such as myocardial infarction and stroke.
