Farklı Laktasyon Dönemlerindeki Damascus Keçilerinde Süt Özellikleri: 1. Somatik Hücre Sayısı ve Süt Kalite Parametreleri

Abstract: In this study, milk of healthy 20 goats in the 3 rd-4 th lactation periods was analyzed in different lactation stages. While milk pH, fat, fat-free dry matter, protein, lactose and freezing point were similar between groups in all lactation stages, electrical conductivity and Somatic Cell Count (SCC) increased with the continuation of lactation (P<0.05; P<0.001).
