Farewell to the Rule of Recognition?

Abstract: Resumen:En este artículo se argumenta que la regla de reconocimiento, tal como fuera concebida por Hart, es o bien un concepto redundante -y en consecuencia inútil-o un concepto limitado en su poder explicativo.
