Fanconi and Non-Fanconi anemia: A Single Center Experience of A Large Egyptian Cohort

Abstract: Background: Bone marrow failure syndromes are a group of diseases that could be inherited as congenital or acquired aplastic anemia. Fanconi anemia (FA) is the commonest cause of congenital aplastic anemia.
