Abstract: INTRODUCTION: Severe Gestational Hypertriglyceridemia (HTG) is a rare but potentially life-threatening condition, which can lead to devastating complications, including acute pancreatitis (AP), hyperviscosity syndrome, preeclampsia, maternal & fetal morbidity & mortality.
