Family influences on entrepreneurial orientation in immigrant entrepreneurship

Abstract: PurposeThis study explores how the family influences the entrepreneurial orientation (EO) process in immigrant businesses.Design/methodology/approachThe paper draws on inductive multiple-case studies using 34 in-depth interviews.
