Family clinical case of thyroid cancer in the Republic of Dagestan

Abstract

A case of familial thyroid cancer in the Republic of Dagestan is presented. Papillary thyroid cancer was diagnosed in a sister and a brother at a young age. The disease was characterized by small size of nodes in the thyroid gland, a multi-focal lesion and the presence of metastases in the regional lymph nodes.
